Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026 · Applies to https://azhanmh.com/ and its subdirectories

This Privacy Policy explains how Universal Toolbox ("we", "us", "the site") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit or use our website, and how you can control that information. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • The site has no account system, no contact forms and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name, phone number, ID numbers or similar identifying details, and there is currently no way to submit information to us through the site.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of visit, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location (usually city level).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: this site does not set any cookies and does not use local storage. See section 2 below.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Every calculation runs inside your own browser, and we do not currently set any cookies or use local storage to track you or to remember preferences. You can still clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

2.1 Advertising

  • This site is free to use and does not currently display third-party advertising, and we do not set advertising cookies.
  • If we introduce advertising in the future, we will update this policy and name the provider before the service goes live, and — where the law requires it — we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

2.2 How to control cookies

  • You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
  • Because we do not use advertising or analytics cookies today, there is currently no advertising profile for you to opt out of.
  • If we add advertising or analytics in the future, this section will list the specific opt-out links for those providers.

2.3 Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will enable non-essential cookies and personalised advertising only after obtaining your consent, and we will provide a way to withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Analytics

We do not currently use any third-party analytics service on this site. If we add one in the future, we will name the provider here and describe the data it collects and the cookies it sets, and — where the law requires it — we will ask for your consent before it is enabled.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the site's features and content;
  • To understand which pages are used, based on our own server access logs;
  • To respond to your questions, feedback and complaints;
  • To comply with applicable legal requirements and to address abuse or security incidents.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:

  • Service providers: if we work with a hosting, analytics or advertising provider in the future, that provider will process data under its own privacy policy;
  • Legal requirements: to comply with laws, regulations or binding requests from judicial or administrative authorities;
  • Protecting rights: where necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of the site, our users or the public.

6. Third-party links

Some pages may link to third-party platforms (for example external tool sites or reference pages). Once you click through you leave our site, and the third party's data practices are governed by its own privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for those practices. Please read the relevant third party's privacy policy before use.

7. Data retention

Log and analytics data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

8. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child's information has been collected without a parent's or guardian's knowledge, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law (for example the EU GDPR or the California CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Object to or restrict processing;
  • Withdraw any consent you previously gave at any time.

To exercise these rights, please refer to the operator information in section 12 below.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is completely secure. Please use your own judgement when sharing information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes we will post a notice on the site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Operator information

This site is operated by an individual developer. Questions, comments and complaints about this Privacy Policy are handled by the site operator.
